ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

• "Rooli Casino" means Rooli Casino and its affiliates, including but not limited to Dama N.V.

Deposits made into your account must be processed using a valid payment method. Withdrawals from your account may only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to our withdrawal policies and procedures.

ARTICLE 9: USE OF BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

We reserve the right to offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives (collectively "Promotions") as we see fit, subject to these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that Promotions may have specific terms and conditions applicable to them, which you agree to comply with.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services does not involve any prohibited or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or other illicit conduct. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion without notice, including but not limited to in case of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination or suspension, you will no longer be able to access or use our Services.

ARTICLE 12: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration as set forth below.

ARTICLE 13: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the Curaçao Arbitration Centre. The arbitration award shall be final, conclusive, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 14: CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at our discretion without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

ARTICLE 15: ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Rooli Casino regarding your use of our Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
